Does the regen stack? If two people cast well of blood on two diff. corpse but the circle over laps will it double the amount? If so how about if you cast it twice in the same area?

No, I believe they are like wards and do not stack. You may be able to stack healing spring though im not sure about that one.

I am almost positive healing spring stacks with well of blood. We were doing the Chase the Shining Blade mission yesterday and I was casting both and the regen was amazing so I think that they were stacking. Also does anyone know if either of these spells aids in keeping minions alive as well?

HS does stack with WoB. I don't know if HS stacks with HS, but since they both "heal", and are not giving pips they just might.
